THANKS Breakfast Hash with Crispy Potatoes
A hearty, flavour‑packed breakfast or brunch dish.
Ingredients
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1–2 tbsp THANKS Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs (optional)
- Salt, pepper, and paprika
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook potatoes until golden and crisp.
- Add onion and pepper; sauté until soft.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in THANKS Hot Sauce to coat the hash.
- Top with fried or poached eggs if you want it extra hearty.
