THANKS Breakfast Hash with Crispy Potatoes

A hearty, flavour‑packed breakfast or brunch dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1–2 tbsp THANKS Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook potatoes until golden and crisp.
  1. Add onion and pepper; sauté until soft.
  1. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  1. Stir in THANKS Hot Sauce to coat the hash.
  1. Top with fried or poached eggs if you want it extra hearty.
