Where We Ship
We ship across Canada and are working to expand internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays), processing may take a bit longer—but we'll keep you posted.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by region:
- Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Western Canada: 4–7 business days
- Eastern Canada / Atlantic: 4–7 business days
- Northern / Remote areas: 7–14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers sometimes have delays outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via Canada Post and other trusted Canadian carriers. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada. (Keep an eye out for seasonal promotions!)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out to us at info@thankshotsauce.ca and we'll look into it.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us right away at info@thankshotsauce.ca. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
