Refund policy


Returns

 

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your hot sauce must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@thankshotsauce.ca. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send items back without requesting a return first—we won't be able to accept them.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your bottle is damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@thankshotsauce.ca so we can make it right.

 

What Can't Be Returned

 

Because hot sauce is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles for safety reasons. We also can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get a different item is to return what you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

 

EU Customers

 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process it—if it's been more than 15 business days since approval, reach out to us at info@thankshotsauce.ca.
