Our Story

THANKS began with a clear challenge. Match the flavour Canadians already know and love, and build more of the journey here at home.

We are working with CanAm Fresh in Aylmer, Ontario, one of Canada’s largest pepper producers, as part of a long term effort to make Canadian grown inputs and domestic processing more attainable for emerging Canadian brands. Our objective is not to claim the system is complete. It is to help strengthen it over time and champion practical Canadian self-reliance.

Production takes place at Hummingbird Foods, a respected Canadian manufacturing facility known for quality and safety standards. From sourcing partnerships to processing, THANKS is intentionally rooted in Canadian relationships and built to grow responsibly.

Flavour remains the first priority. Familiar tang. Balanced heat. Everyday versatility. THANKS was developed to stand confidently beside the imported brands Canadians already use, giving people a real choice without sacrificing taste.



Our Purpose

During our launch period, a portion of profits supports youth mental wellness initiatives through the Canadian Mental Health Association.
