Ingredients

Rim & Glass

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Caesar rimmer or celery salt



The Drink

  • 1½ oz vodka
  • 4–5 dashes THANKS Red Leaf hot sauce
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1–2 pinches black pepper
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 pickle spear or pickled bean
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Clamato juice (enough to top the glass)

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass
    Run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass. Dip it into Caesar rimmer or celery salt.
  2. Build the base
    Fill the glass with ice. Add vodka, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and a generous 4–5 dashes of THANKS Red Leaf.
  3. Top and stir
    Pour in Clamato juice until the glass is full. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish proudly
    Add a celery stalk, a pickle spear or pickled bean, and a lime wedge. For an extra-Canadian touch, garnish with a piece of crispy bacon.
  5. Raise your glass
